However Flirt has wine-red young leaves which become more intens during summer. Old leaves get purple-green. The cultivar name murasaki means purple in japanese.
Flirt becomes 45 cm high and 40 cm broad. It stays compact. In spring Flirt showes small white flowers in clusters. They can develope into red berries in autumn. Flirt like to flirt in full sun.
