We’re proud to introduce the impressive Clematis Lindsay by renowned Clematis breeder Raymond J. Evison. The large star-shaped flowers – some 12-14 cm across – are deep purple/blue and have complimentary red anthers.

The flowers cover the entire plant from bottom to top in May, June and July, with another round of blooming in September. This Clematis is a remarkable and prolific bloomer. Clematis Lindsay is among the first varieties to emerge from Raymond J Evison's new breeding program. It possesses exceptional traits such as a desirable growth habit, beautiful flower colour and shape, larger flower size, and abundant blooms. Additionally, it boasts stunning foliage that adds vibrancy to its overall appeal.

How to care for Clematis Lindsay:
Lindsay grows up to 90-120 cm high each season. The Clematis in the Raymond Evison range, represents a new generation Clematis, flowers effortlessly and rewards gardeners with magnificent results using relatively straightforward pruning techniques. As we approach late winter or early spring, all you need to do is trim back the stems to 15 cm above ground level. Lindsay is hardy to -15 ºC.
